The mission of PAASS is to create an inclusive, supportive environment for individuals with developmental delays and learning challenges allowing them to participate in community-based sports and recreational programs.
New Clinic! LACROSSE FOR ALL
Saturdays, September 23rd & October 28th
Please join Project Awareness and Special Sports (PAASS), the Southern Marin Lacrosse Club (Wolfpack), and players from the Tam High School Lacrosse Teams for 2 fun, action-packed clinics introducing lacrosse to kids ages 8 and up with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
What We Do
Together with high school and middle school volunteers, we work with participants to teach them the mechanics of sports and support recreational programs. What’s more, our volunteers socially engage participants developing long lasting bonds and relationships. Our coaches oversee participants and volunteers to help coordinate games and classes. Since its inception, PAASS has connected participants, volunteers, coaches, and parents together to build a community of support, awareness, and acceptance.

We’ve partnered with Mill Valley Recreation and Marin YMCA to offer our participants a wide range of ongoing classes, summer camp opportunities, and private instruction. Classes are held weekdays and continue based on participation. Summer Camps have been a huge success the last 2 years and will grow even more in 2018. We encourage early registration for all programs.
We live in an amazing community with many opportunities for involvement and inclusion for our families. PAASS collaborates with several local organizations in Marin County to promote fun and engaging activities for everyone.
